Is the consultation really free? What’s the catch?
It really is 100% free, and there’s no catch. When I say no pressure, I mean it. Our initial consultation is a chance to get to know each other and for you to get valuable advice. You won’t be signing anything or paying anything. If you decide not to move forward with buying or you want to think about it - no problem at all. We part as friends, and you keep the tips and info you gained. I’m confident that once you see the value, you’ll want me in your corner - but it’s your call!
What if I’m selling and buying at the same time?
I specialize in guiding clients through the “sell-and-buy” puzzle. I’ll help you time things right so you don’t feel rushed or stuck. Together we’ll build a plan that keeps your move smooth and your stress low.
